One Thousand Years played at the Victoria Independent Film and Video Festival of Victoria, Canada, early February, 2002. Gabriel Fleming was lucky enough to attend, and enjoyed a very enthusiastic response from the audience.

One Thousand Years had three successful screenings at the SXSW (South by Southwest) Film Festival of Austin, TX in March. Fleming hob-nobbed with filmmakers and industry-types during a seemingly endless stream of exhausting parties.
